Terms of Sale

These terms of sale (“Terms”) govern any order placed by a consumer (“Customer”) on the website openkurd.com, operated by Aroneus SRL. Placing an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

The essential features of the product are described on the product page. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included (Belgian VAT included), excluding shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

The order is final only once payment has been confirmed. Aroneus SRL reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason (obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, out of stock).

Payment is made online through Stripe (credit/debit cards, plus any other method supported by Stripe in the Customer’s country). Payment data does not transit through our servers; it is processed directly by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Orders are shipped within the European Union. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Aroneus SRL cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

In accordance with article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the decision. To do so, the Customer must notify their decision by email to silav@openkurd.com. A model withdrawal form is available on request. Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days following the withdrawal notification. Refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

In accordance with articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code and Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, the Customer benefits from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery. Any claim should be sent to silav@openkurd.com.

Aroneus SRL cannot be held liable for non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (including strikes, natural disasters, pandemic, carrier or supplier failure).

The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In case of dispute, the Customer may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (SPF Économie): economie.fgov.be, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute and absent an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Liège, Verviers division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
